An eight-story duel branded Hyatt is planned to begin construction at Second and Market Streets in downtown Louisville.
Carney Management Company is developing the 273-room hotel at the northeast corner of the intersection, replacing the vacant Action Loan building and adjacent Saffron’s and Subway restaurants. The hotel will be duel branded as both a Hyatt Place and Hyatt House. The hotel will include meeting rooms, a restaurant and bar, and other traditional hotel amenity spaces. DKN Architects designed the hotel as the lead architect.
