The Griffin Gate Marriott owners are planning a renovation of the hotel. The 409-room hotel on Newtown Pike is owned and managed by McWane Inc. and Highline Hospitality whose managing director is Chuck Pomerantz. The renovation will cost more than $30 million and will touch all aspects of the hotel, from the rooms, event space and public spaces to the restaurants, including, The Mansion, and the spa and golf course. The project will begin in November and take 36 months to complete.
