Loeb Properties Inc and MMI Hotel Group are co-developing a seven-story boutique hotel at Overton Square in Memphis Tennessee. The 106 guestroom Marriott Tribute Memphis Hotel at 21 S. Cooper Street is planned to open the March of 2021. Micajah Sturdivant is president of MMI Hotel Group. Montgomery Martin is the general contractor.
