A $70 million mixed use project including a boutique hotel, multifamily, office & retail development is planned for Frisco, Texas. The 352-unit multifamily building is being planned by development firm, Stillwater Capital. The design firm for the project is OMNIPLAN Inc.  The project is scheduled to start construction on July 1 2023 and is expected to be completed by November 1, 2025. The Link Multifamily Phase 1 involves the construction of a five-story light wood frame apartment building encompassing a five-story concrete parking garage and a separate fitness building.  The total square footage of the project is 573,659 square feet. The link is a mixed-use development spanning 240 acres adjacent to the new PGA of America headquarters. Upon completion, The Link will include Class A office, high-end residential, retail, a boutique hotel, expansive parks, and sports-focused entertainment uses. Stillwater Capital has already started working on its 215-unit build-to-rent development within The Link project. Stillwater is a co-owner in PGA Frisco, the $500 million mixed-use project anchored by the PGA of America headquarters. The project includes two 18-hole golf courses, a short course, a retail village, and a 500-room Omni PGA Resort hotel with 127,000 square feet of meeting space.
