The 10-story Rosewood Residences Hillsboro Beach will be located on the 11.8-acre site on 1174-1185 Hillsboro Mile. The hotel residences will have 92 units, including 70 condos on the beach and 22 villas facing the Intracoastal Waterway. The residences will range from 2,800 to 6,400 square feet. Prices start at $4 million for coastal villas and $5 million for oceanfront condos. Amenities at Rosewood Residences Hillsboro Beach will include 11 private boat slips, gardens, a wellness center, a fitness center, a yoga room, a sauna, a game room, a dog park, meeting rooms, tennis and pickleball courts, chef-led dining concepts such as an oceanfront restaurant and cocktail lounge, an oceanfront pool, and private beach access with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Rosewood Hotels runs 30 luxury hotels in 18 countries. Brad Berry is VP of global residential development at Rosewood Hotel Group. Related Group President is Jon Paul Perez. Gil Dezer, is president of Dezer Development. Arquitectonica is the project architect; Studio Piet Boon is the interior designer. The building is planned to be completed in 2026.
