A mixed use tower with hotel component is planned to be built on the parking lot next to the North Market in downtown Columbus Ohio. The 31 story $292 million project plans to break ground in the 1st half of 2022 and will include a 212 guestroom boutique hotel, 170 residential units, office, retail, social club, fitness center and spa. The development team includes: Rockbridge Capital, Schiff Capital Group, Edwards Companies and Wood Cos. The project was designed by NBBJ Architects.
