Our project managers stay on-site for the duration of the project while utilizing their years of experience and our technology platform to be proactive and plan ahead to avoid delays. BCI Worldwide organizes all activities on-site, from deliveries to finalizing the set of the room. By working closely with the General or Fit Out Contractor, Procurement, and Design teams, we are able to maintain the timelines your commercial installation project requires. Additionally, by performing audits and examinations at our warehouses and segregating goods, BCI Worldwide eliminates interruptions in the everyday routine of the project, while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

It’s been a very busy couple months for BCI Worldwide in Macau with three major projects all happening at the same time. The ongoing projects include: the renovation and conversion of the Four Seasons, renovation of the Encore Tower Suites, and renovation & re-branding of the Londoner at Sands Cotai Central.
