Developers Neyer Properties and Uptown Rentals are planning to build Harbor Greene a $80 million hotel mixed use development at 179 Fairfield Ave in Bellevue, Kentucky that will include: 195 apartments and 8,840 square feet of restaurant/retail space wrapped around a 299-space public parking garage with a 100-guestroom hotel.
