Developer Caliber has begun construction on a Hyatt Studios extended-stay hotel at 1801 Lincoln Ave. in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The four-story, 57,971-square-foot property is expected to open in the second half of 2027 with up to 114 rooms. CEO Chris Loeffler said the room mix and room sizes have not yet been finalized. Planned amenities include 24-hour fitness and laundry facilities, an outdoor patio with two in-ground hot tubs, fire pits and grills, and bus-route access to the ski slopes. Each room will include a well-equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, built-in cooktop, dishwasher, and multifunction convection microwave. The hotel design also incorporates energy- and water-efficient features, including LED lighting, low-flow fixtures, and smart thermostats. Radical Galaxy Studio is the project designer.
