The Fredericksburg City Council has approved rezoning for new hotel suites on Fall Hill Avenue in Fredericksburg Virginia. PrimeCore, LLC is planning the project which will include the construction of a new 105-room SpringHill Suites hotel as well as a fast-food restaurant. The hotel will include an outdoor pool in the back of the building as well as for the construction of a fast-food restaurant with a drive-thru. No construction start date has been set and no operator has been selected for the fast food restaurant.
