The 22.7-acre property along the Intracoastal Waterway at 2300 and 2301 S.E. 17th Street is one of Broward County’s most prominent hotel and conference centers . The Hyatt hotel renovation has begun and the project will also be developed to include a mix of condos, villas and single-family homes, plus shops and restaurants. Phil Kean Design Group is the Residential Designer. EDSA is the Landscape Architect. Flynn Engineering is the Civil Engineer. EXP US Services, Inc. is the MEP Engineer.
