The Hyatt Regency Pier Sixty-Six in Fort Lauderdale Florida is being redeveloped by Tavistock Development Company headed by President Jim Zboril. The 22.7-acre property along the Intracoastal Waterway at 2300 and 2301 S.E. 17th Street is one of Broward County’s most prominent hotel and conference centers . The Hyatt hotel renovation has begun and the project will also be developed to include a mix of condos, villas and single-family homes, plus shops and restaurants.  Daroff Design Inc. + DDI Architects, PC are the hotel tower Architect and hotel tower Interior Designer.
