The 22.7-acre property along the Intracoastal Waterway at 2300 and 2301 S.E. 17th Street is one of Broward County’s most prominent hotel and conference centers . The Hyatt hotel renovation has begun and the project will also be developed to include a mix of condos, villas and single-family homes, plus shops and restaurants.
