Construction continues of a 124 room boutique hotel in Fort Wayne Indiana at Main and Harrison Streets. The hotel is being developed by Vera Bradely of Barbara Bradely Baekgaard and managed by Provenance Hotels whose president is Bashar Wali. The $27.7 million 5-story hotel hotel will have a marquee ground-floor food and beverage operation, rooftop bar, meeting space and leasable ground-floor retail space.  The Hagerman Group is the project’s construction manager. Cory Miller of Elevatus Architecture designed the project. Dutch East Interiors is designing the interiors.
