Posh Hospitality plans to start construction in the 4 th quarter of this year that will convert the Barrett Building in downtown Joliet Illinois into a SpringHill Suites Hotel. Dan Scott is general manager of the development company recently received a $5 million incentive package from the city to start the project. The company plans to add two stories to the Barrett’s Hardware building and convert it into an 82-room all-suites hotel with restaurant and bar, a project estimated to cost $18.7 million.
