Two hotels, two apartment complexes and an entertainment district are planned for the Oro Valley Village Center in Tucson Arizona. The center was acquired by Town West Realty who purchased the retail complex last year in a distressed sale. The center will be mostly renovated rather than redeveloped completely. The project will also include a beer garden, miniature golf coarse, splash pads, sand beach, playground and bike and pedestrian paths. Keri Silvyn of Lazarus & Silvyn is heading up the redevelopment.
