Developer TGC Group is seeking a special-use permit to build a four-story, approximately 53,000-square-foot StudioRes Hotel near the northeast corner of College Boulevard and Cody Street in Overland Park, Kansas. The 124-guestroom hotel would be developed on a vacant 2.8-acre site just north of Rasmussen University. 130 parking spaces would surround the building, which would have a single public entrance from Cody Street. MODUS Architecture is the architect, and BHC is the civil engineer.
