Developer Paseo Hotel LLC, a partnership between Codina Partners and MICL Global, plans to build a Tribute by Marriott hotel on 0.92 acres of vacant land in Downtown Doral, Florida, at the southeast corner of Northwest 53rd Terrace and Paseo Boulevard. The eight-story hotel would include 168 guest rooms, 1,546 square feet of commercial space, and 100,022 square feet overall. No new parking is planned; guests would use the adjacent parking garage. Joe Jomenez of JMZ Group represents the developer in the application, and Arquitectonica is designing the hotel.
