Construction is underway on a 98-room Tru by Hilton hotel at 2865 Progressive Drive in Edmond, Oklahoma. It will be the city’s 14th hotel and second largest. Winedown LLC is developing the project in partnership with Hilton, with financing from Arvest Bank. Led by Rick Sosa for Winedown LLC, the project represents a $17 million direct investment and will create 25–30 jobs upon completion. The hotel is expected to open in early 2028.
