The initial phase, will transform 12 acres with a 6,000-seat music hall with new retail and restaurant space, a180 guest room hotel, nearly nine acres of green space and parking infrastructure. The completed project will include retail and office space, 1,300 hotel rooms and 25 acres of open space.
