Developers have proposed a mixed use development in uptown Dallas, Texas that would include a full service hotel. The proposed Chalk Hill Towers development is a partnership between KERA, Kaizen Development Partners LLC and HN Capital Partners. The $370 million project is located on 2.4 acres of the KERA campus between North Harwood Street and Harry Hines Boulevard with a construction start date of June 2025, to be completed in early 2028. Included would be a 16-story office tower with 420,000 square feet and a 22-story condo and 200 guestroom hotel totaling 470,000 square feet. In total, the project would be 1.4 million square feet.
