T2 Hospitality has acquired the block at Cedar Springs Road and Olive Street near the Crescent complex where the company plans to build a 19-story, 230-room luxury hotel. T2 Hospitality’s proposed hotel project is designed by Dallas architect HKS and SWA Group. The development would include a pocket park at the corner and will be served by four levels of underground parking.
