A developer is proposing to build a Tru by Hilton hotel near Charles M. Schulz-Sonoma County Airport in Santa Rosa California. The project, will include 101 rooms which would open next year and is in the county’s permit review process. The four-story, Tru by Hilton, would be located near the Highway 101 off ramp at Airport Blvd & Aviation Blvd. Optimal Hospitality is developing the project.
