Lane4 Property Group and The Thrash Group are proposing The Novelist, a $27.3 million, five-story, 84-room boutique hotel with a 2,670-square-foot restaurant in downtown Lee’s Summit, Missouri’s Green Street district. The project would rise at Third and Green streets and is seeking $6 million in incentives, plus a $4 million city loan. Dale Partners Architect is designing the project.
