Developer Diversified Partners LLC is getting ready build a Cambria Suites Hotel in Southwest Mesa Arizona as part of the E&E at Gateway mixed use development. Tenants lined up for E&E at Gateway include Starbucks, Gateway Urgent Care and the 107 guestroom Cambria Hotel by Choice Hotels. Diversified Partners recently submitted a building permit application for the hotel, which will be 61,795 square feet and will be four stories tall, including a pool and a rooftop deck. There are three current Cambria hotels in Arizona with two in Phoenix and another in Chandler. RKAA Architects and EPS Group Inc. to be the project’s architect and civil engineer, respectively.
