Delta Quad Holdings proposes a 284-room Embassy Suites in the 21-story former Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City headquarters at 925 Grand Blvd. The historic vacant office building would be completed renovated and converted to a full service Embassy Suites Hotel. The developer has invested $30 million in the project to date and has started interior demolition and asbestos remediation. The total cost of the redevelopment project is estimated to be $182 million and includes a 40,000 square foot family entertainment center.
