Portman Holdings plans to build a mixed use tower that will included a luxury hotel and apartments just across the street from the Shops Buckhead. The site is located at the corner of Peachtree Road and Pharr Road in Atlanta Georgia. The project is in a planning phase and had not secured financing to date. Portman anticipates breaking group in the first half of 2022. The hotel will be full service with 225 guestrooms and the building will include 225 luxury apartments at a cost of $300 million.
