The multi-tower mixed-use development named  Midtown Union is under construction and has signed a hotel partner. Developed by Granite Properties, and financed by MetLife Investment Management, Midtown Union development will include a 205-key boutique hotel by management company Stormont Hospitality and developer The Allen Morris Company.
The site is at the corner of Midtown’s 17th and Spring streets in Atlanta Georgia and will include more than 600,000 square feet of office space within a 26-story tower, an 18-floor residential building with 355 apartments atop eight levels of parking, the newly announced 12-story hotel, and 30,000 square feet of retail. The groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled December 9, and the development’s first phase is projected to deliver the hotel, the apartment tower by Street Lights Residential, and part of the retail component. Site work began in October, and the complex is on track to start opening in 2022.
