A $750 million mixed use project is planned for the Market District in Dos Moines Iowa that will include a n indoor/outdoor concert venue with a lawn and rooftop viewing area. An apartment complex with ground-floor retail. A 13-story combined hotel, office and condominium complex. An 8-acre riverfront park. The project was recently presented to the Des Moines City Council by master developer JSC Properites led by company President Paul Hayes. The concert venue would be developed by Frank Productions. The 180 unit apartment complex would be built by TWG Development and the hotel would be built and managed by Heart of American Company. Construction would begin in 2021.
