The Millennium Hotel in downtown Cincinnati Ohio will shut down on New Year’s Eve. The Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority has a purchase contract for the hotel and to close on the property by Feb. 14. The Port, which has a purchase agreement to acquire the 872-room hotel for $36 million. Port CEO is Laura Brunner .
