Dream Hotel Group plans to open a 217-room, 25-story hotel to be called Dream San Antonio along the River Walk in San Antonio Texas. The boutique hotel is the centerpiece of a large mixed-use development that includes office space and private residences. The hotel will feature a rooftop pool deck, two street-level restaurants, fitness facilities, meeting space and a bar and lounge. The developer still is raising funds for the project but owns the land the hotel will be built on at 107 E. Martin St. The hotel developer hasn’t yet filed design plans with the Historic and Design Review Commission. Construction is expected to begin next year with a planned opening in 2023.
