Developer Bhavin Patel of BRP Hospitality is proposing to build at $16 million TownePlace Suites Marriott Hotel near Love Field in Dallas, Texas at 7600 John W Carpenter Fwy. D1 Architects & Associates is designing the project which is a five story, 68,000 sf hotel. Construction would begin in November 2024 and be complete in the 1st quarter of 2026.
