Development partners Trinity Groves and West Dallas Investments are planned to build out a mixed use development along Singleton Blvd in Dallas Texas. The project would include 366 new apartment units as part of the 80-acre project. Also included is a 16 story 223 Autograph Collection Hotel and 5-story 200,000 sf office building and retail.
