HES Group is planning to build a Triptych by Hilton hotel project in Midtown Miami, it would have 297 hotel rooms, plus retail space . Aventura Hotel Properties, managed by Alberto Alberto Abilahoud of HES Group is developing the project. Jose Antonio Herrera is general manager of HES Group. The 20-story hotel would total 400,000 square feet at 3601 N. Miami Ave. and be managed by Hilton and includes a seventh-floor sky lobby with a restaurant, lounge, bar and pool deck; about 40,000 square feet of retail space; and about 17,000 square feet of meeting space.
