Dunn Hospitality Group is planning to build a $20 million, 145-room Courtyard by Marriott hotel near Interstate 69 and 116th Street in Fishers Indiana by the end of 2021. Dunn built the duel branded Hyatt Place/Hyatt House in Fishers District and is planning the new hotel in an adjacent mixed-use project called The Stations. Plans call for The Stations to be developed just east of the Fishers District and west of the Kroger at the corner of 116th Street and Cumberland Road. Dunn Hospitality recently has closed on the purchase of the land from Thompson Thrift. Infrastructure and curbs have already been installed for the hotel site and workers are starting paving to have the final site work completed by mid-June. The Courtyard will feature meeting space, fitness facilities, an indoor pool, room service and a bistro bar offering sit-down meals throughout the day. David Dunn is president of Dunn Hospitality.  For more information on this and other upcoming hotel construction and renovation projects in the planning, design, pre-construction and construction phase including who is involved and their contact information and Preferred Vendor Directory please visit: HotelProjectLeads.com and subscribe today.
