A mixed use Home2 Suites Hilton Hotel is planned for Northampton, Massachusetts at 115 Conz Street. Developed by Mansour Ghalibaf of Rankin Holdings and designed by Berkshire Design Group. The proposed 109 guest room hotel and a 31-unit residential building, formerly the site of the Daily Hampshire Gazette office building will be an 18,000-square-foot hotel that would carry the Home2 Suites by Hilton. Plans also show the residential building would be constructed closer to Conz Street, with the hotel at the back of the property. The project would be completed in two phases, the first being the building of the hotel and the second building the condominiums. The project is currently awaiting planning board approval.

Developer The Fallon Co. is proposing to build a 40-story hotel and apartments adjacent to the Tennessee Titans new stadium set to open is 2027 in Nashville, Tennessee. Construction would begin in 2025 and include: a 40-story hotel with 450 rooms, plus retail; a 16-story hotel with 325 rooms and retail; a building with 550 apartments; 25 of them would be affordable housing units; a building with 175 apartments, all of which would be affordable housing units. Developer Urban Green Development plans to construct a 35-key hotel at 1643 and 1649 Boulder St. called Raha, in to Lower Highland or LoHi neighborhood in Denver, Colorado. The new hotel will include a 2000-square-foot restaurant and lobby bar on the lower level of the building. Above that level will be three stories of hotel rooms, as well as a rooftop patio.   Urban Green plans to break ground on the $23 million Raha Hotel by the end of the year, and plans to open the hotel to guests following approximately two years of construction. Coesivo Design Group is the interior designer of the project, the architect is Neostudio and the general contractor is Schneider Building Company. Scott Kiere, is president and CEO of Urban Green Development. Nate Sandberg is the project manager.

Developer JDS is planning a 1,049 feet mixed use tower at 888 Brickell Ave in Miami Florida. The Dolce & Gabbana branded project will include 259 fully furnished residential units, a 5-star hotel, health & fitness center, multiple foot and beverage spaces and 273 parking spaces. ODP is the project architect, Studio Sofield the design architect with the interior design by Dolce & Gabbana founders Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana. The project will be completed in 2027.

A new Residence Inn Marriott hotel is planned for Cary North Carolina at MacGregor Village. Plans have been filed to build a 5-story hotel on what is currently the parking lot of the MacGregor Village shopping center near the Highway 64 interchange located at 103 Edinburgh South Drive. The new building would feature 122 guest rooms and total 98,860 square feet. The 1.87 acre site is located where two, single-story outparcel buildings have been demolished in the northeast corner of the parking lot. The hotel’s first floor would feature a meeting room, a lounge, a dining area, a bar, a market, a fitness room and an indoor pool. Plans for an outdoor patio show a fire pit, built-in grill and seating. The guest rooms feature king and queen studios and one-bedroom suites. The Residence Inn is being developed by RevPAR Companies. Thomas Builders Inc. is the project’s general contractor.

Developer Left Lane Real Estate plans to renovate the historic 10 story Manger building off East Congress Street in downtown Savanah, Georgia and convert it to a luxury boutique hotel. Built in 1910 the Manger building will be completely renovated while preserving it historic past. Developer Left Lane plans to add a pool deck, rooftop bar, new elevator and a separate two story event venue addition. Left Lane bought the Manager building for $18 million in 2022. They also developed and manage the Perry Lane Hotel and Hotel Bardo in Savanah.

Construction has begun on an IHG branded Atwell Suites Hotel in Henderson, Nevada. Located adjacent to both The Pass Casino and America First Center, Atwell Suites Henderson at the Pass will anchor the ongoing redevelopment of the city’s Water Street district. With 96 guest suites, the hotel will have a pool and fitness center, a bar with small plates available in the evenings and a TV lounge with board games and puzzles. The property will operate under the ownership of DeSimone Companies, a regional real estate developer who oversees several casinos along with the nearby Holiday Inn Express Henderson South Boulder City hotel.

Developer Presidio Cos. headed by Guneet Bajwa, has filed an application to build a new 90 guest room, boutique Hilton hotel behind the Hilton Garden Inn at 110 F St in downtown Davis, California. The new hotel would be in place of a current two-story rear addition to the Hilton Garden Inn, which would continue to operate and would be six stories and feature event/meeting space as well as a 3,500-square-foot rooftop bar. In addition to 2,200 square feet of event space, the new hotel will have a ground-floor lounge and fitness center. Construction is planned to begin mid 2024 with a completion in 2025. HRGA is the project architect.

Developers plan to convert a 96-acre portion of the Bayer campus in metro St Louis to a new mixed-use development would reuse some of the existing office buildings, repurposing them for new offices, hotel and apartments. The mixed-use development planned at 10300 Olive Blvd. in Creve Coeur, Missouri to be called Olia Village, is proposed by developer Jack Matthews Development led by Matt Pfund, Pfund Construction and Fireside Financial.

The plans for the site call for the creation of new commercial buildings, restaurants, mixed-use buildings with ground-floor retail, hotels, apartments, office and research office buildings, single-family houses and attached townhouses, and a grocery store. First businesses at the site to open in mid- to late 2025.

Developer Manifold Real Estate is planning to build a dual-tower proposal for a downtown half-block near the Austin Convention Center in Austin, Texas. Located at: 304 E 3rd St. The plans outlined by Manifold call for two towers to rise 446 feet and 595 feet, or about 41 floors and 55 floors, respectively. There would be a mix of residential and other uses: 856 apartments, a 216-room hotel, an eight-floor parking garage, an amenity deck and some retail space. The Block 32 towers could total 884,124 gross square feet. Architecture firm Rhode Partners Inc is the project designer.
